Vermont Coalition of Runaway & Homeless Youth Programs (VCRHYP)

Services Provided: VCRHYP is a statewide Coalition of 14 member agencies throughout Vermont that create a safety net for runaway, homeless, and other youth in distress. VCRHYP programs provide runaway and family stabilization services for youth up to age 18, providing youth with 24-hour access to safe, temporary shelter, basic life needs and counseling, family medication and other support services to help stabilize and reunify families. In addition, VCRHYP programs also provide Transitional Living Program services for youth ages 16-22, offering longer tern housing supports and access to safe, stable housing options, employment and education supports, and life skills education to help youth achieve self-sufficiency.
