Services Provided: Provides mental health and human services for four northern Vermont counties. Programs include Adult Behavioral Health Services; Baird Center for Children and Families; Howard Community Services; and First Call (child, adolescent and family services hotline). Services include mental health needs, drug and methadone treatment, support groups, and a wide range of child and family programs.
