Provides information and referral for substance abuse issues to help Vermonters prevent and eliminate the problems caused by alcohol and other drug use; offers community and school-based substance abuse programs; maintains 10 regional offices throughout the state; plans, supports and evaluates a comprehensive system in partnership with other public and private organizations to provide education, prevention, intervention, treatment, recovery and research services.
